Shipping

Our standard method of shipment is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipment via UPS Air (1 Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day) is available; please contact us for details as the cost will vary greatly by destination, weight, and size of box.

Orders going to destinations outside the contiguous United States, or shipping internationally, will be shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail. Such orders will be billed for actual shipping costs, which may be higher than the standard shipping amount quoted below or at checkout. Any necessary increases to shipping costs will be emailed to you when we process your order. You may request a shipping quote at the time of your order, for your approval. Returns and Exchanges

  • We want you to be satisfied your purchase and believe in offering the very best value, quality, and selection. You may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. (Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition in order to receive credit or exchange.) Please include a copy of the invoice along with the unused product and original packaging. On the invoice, please indicate the reason for each returned item. Also indicate if you would like to exchange and note the additional items you would like to order.
  • Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to exchanges (however, if your return is a result of our error we will gladly pay the return shipping costs).
  • When shipping a return, we advise that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number. We will not provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive your package.
  • Friendly reminder…special orders may not be returned, exchanged, or credited.
